Notes Managed Service (NMS)
Thames Water is one of the world's largest water providers with over 6,000 employees worldwide. SciSys have supported and maintained the Thames Water Lotus Notes environment since 1997. During this time the application and service provided has evolved into a full end-to-end global managed service.
What makes this service so effective is its ability to provide a re-active support service for Thames Water's users and a pro-active service that enables SciSys to recommend and implement products and upgrades designed to enhance and improve Thames Water's Notes environment.
SciSys have worked with Thames Water to introduce collaboration services, and implement Blackberry mobile device systems and servers. This allows mobile users the ability to stay connected with wireless access to their email, corporate data, phone, web and organiser details.
