Joint Effects Tactical Targeting System

As part of the Future Artillery Weapon Systems Integrated Project Team (FAWS IPT), the Joint Effects Tactical Targeting System (JETTS) will coordinate, integrate and synchronise the Land Battlespace of the future. It will deliver targeting information to the Land Component Commander through Intelligence, Surveillance, Target Acquisition and Reconnaissance (ISTAR) assets.
As part of the Raytheon Consortium SciSys were responsible for system critical software in the successful Concept Development Phase (CDP). SciSys developed the Demonstrator Software and the Communications Modelling, and were responsible for Risk Management. The programme is now in the Assessment Phase (AP).
JETTS is a major step towards land digitisation and Network Enabled Capability (NEC), forming an integral element of the future battlespace in conjunction with systems such as BOWMAN and the Future Rapid Effects System (FRES)
